About Me
Hi!
I’m Lillybeth (she/her). I’m a Mexican American mom, daughter of immigrants and recovering perfectionist. I did give up on being the perfect parent a looong time ago though. As someone who found becoming a parent to be a major and difficult adjustment, I had to learn the power of acceptance.
These days I enjoy the practice of staying present. It is a practice though when we feel everything and everyone around us is telling us how life should look. Maybe you’ve received the same messages. Maybe you’ve received different ones. Together we can break these down and find what fits for you today.
I have over 10 years of experience in working with Latinx families and over three years as a therapist but the most important part of therapy is that you feel understood and respected when we are together.
